Kasumi the Panda is the older cousin of Ming-Ming the Panda, and the older brother of both Abumi Anko the Panda and Keiko the Panda. he owns a local gun shop, where he sells weapons, mainly fire-arms and explosives. Kasumi is a hydrokinetic who uses water gun like weapons, that chanel up the water energy, and turn it into almost a solid material capable of ripping through most bodies. He doesn't usually fight, but he is a massive powerhouse, he also uses his gun to smack his opponents around.
