Mike was an original character created for the 1990 Dick Tracy feature film. He was played by Tom Signorelli. In the film, Mike works at (and presumably owns) Mike's Diner, a restaurant that Dick Tracy frequents. Mike is working on the night that Dick Tracy meets the Kid, and provides the hungry child with food.
