Tennum was a Bothan male who served as the leader of TechTank, an outlaw tech gang that operated from a concealed shop on the moon Nar Shaddaa during the Galactic Civil War. The Hutt crime lord Sinasu took shelter amongst TechTank after becoming embroiled in a gang war with the Hutt Noako and after a group of Sinasu's agents arrived at the TechTank base with a cargo of Krayt dragons, Tennum sent the protocol droid TT-3P0 to greet them.
