The Bolian sector was a region of space in the Alpha Quadrant, where the Bolian homeworld, Bolarus IX, was located. Riley Frazier told Chakotay that she had been on a starship in this sector, when her ship had been attacked by an unknown species, which then put the crew into stasis and transported them to the Delta Quadrant. However, in fact Frazier had been assimilated at the Battle of Wolf 359, but she didn't want Chakotay to know she had been a Borg. (VOY: "Unity")
