Helmeres is a large port-city of the Snout. It has a trapezoid fighting pit. Helmeres is ruled by a Governor, one of the few cities in the Delklands, and this Earth, which is mob-ruled. The city faces the Harelip of Escerd, and frequently conducts trade with Keshalk, a freestanding port city of the Harelip. Helmeres is also one of the few Delkish cities to have a flag, an ice lion on an orange field overlooking a red trapezoid.
