Wilson is desperate to get a liver to transplant into his friend Tucker when a compatible organ donor is found. However, his sister refuses to consent to the procedure. He and House go to the woman's home, but have to wait for her to return. She is at first resistant to what she feels is a desecration of her brother's body, but House convinces her that it would be a selfless act on his part. However, by the time she agrees, the liver is non-viable.
