The Ministry of Sin are a white supremacist hate gang based in New York City. The gang is led by Wilhelm Dekker. Early in the story, the gang takes over a New York subway station and begin taking hostages. They get weapons shipments from Sergei Dekker. Most of them are dressed in neo-nazi and skinhead clothing.
