Segundo is a rank for officers within the League Armada. The preceding rank is Tercero, while the following rank is Primero. Segundo is roughly equivalent to a Colonel in modern militaries. Additionally, Segundo means 'Second' in the Spanish language, which in turn comes from the Latin word 'Secundus'.
