After forming the necessary hand seals, clones that resemble the user exactly are created from a liquid substance that is extremely sticky. These clones are more powerful than Mizu Bunshin clones, being a 1/4 of the user's statistics, but that isn't the best part about these clones; once struck, they can do one of two things: either they can split apart to create a completely new clone, or they can ensnare the person striking them by sticking to them.
