The Ecaflip places a Cat Tree. When attached, the Ecaflip has a chance to be transported to a cell next to the Cat Tree. Landing on the Cat Tree will make the Ecaflip untouchable until the next turn. The Cat Tree loses one charge at the start of each of its turns.
