Wolfram, Count of Smaragdwald was the Staatsminister of His Imperial Majesty's Government from 2999 to 3020. A ranking member of the Kaiserliche Hulsterreichische Partei, Smaragdwald was one of the central leaders of the aristocracy in the Imperial Diet, and the nation's conservative bloc; he was also noteded for his close connection to the monarchy. Descendant of Isolde von Smaragdwald, Wolfram served for over 20 years as Head of Government, and was involved in foreign affairs, mainly through the International Monarchist League, playing an important role in the recognition of the monarchy of Kizenia before leaving office. His great grand-daughter, Viktoria, would go onto marry Alexander II of Hulstria.
