The Robber's Hideout is the Quest Area for the Quest Thieves' Hideout. Only way to gain access to the place is to talk to Shena the draw and start the quest, in which a pair of stairs will Appear right North of the Fishing Shop in Vernis and will lead to the Robber's Hideout. Inside Several Thieves and Robbers will spawn. You can also find these items here: But the only item that is actually useful is the Suitcase, which can be looted via lockpick, or returned to a guard. This map doesn't reset, so it can be used as a storage area.
