In 2003, Boomerang, Cartoon Network's 24-hour commercial-free classic animation network, similarly celebrated the new year with a special block also titled Hadji New Year!. The full-day marathon on New Year's Eve (Dec. 31, starting at 8:00 AM) featured 26 original half-hour episodes from the 1964 Jonny Quest series, as well as two made-for-television feature films Jonny's Golden Quest (1993) and Jonny Quest VS. The Cyber Insects (1995) produced by Hanna-Barbera.
