Ajamahn, Servant of the Sands is a giant Monk boss that can be found in Crystal Overlook. You can reach him by leaving Ruins of Morah through the south portal. Then head south-west to Crystal Overlook. From there you'll have to spot the next Wurm Spoor directly north-west and move on in this direction.
