Captain Santiago was the main antagonist of the episode, "These Boots Were Made for Walking (on your face). He saw K'nuckles walking in with boots that look like his, and told him to take them off. However, K'nuckles stole his boots. After K'nuckles got his face transplanted, Santiago recruited him, not knowing who he was. With no leads on finding him, he had his crew kidnap Flapjack. It is untold if he got his boots back, for the last person to wear them was Dr. Barber.
