Swanky Boots are obtained on completion of the the quest "Gunners Ground." The boots provide a +1 bonus to magic attack making them the best boots to use F2P. The boots cannot be created using the crafting skill. If you have lost the boots you can ask "Doran" for another pair. After recieving 12 pairs of the boots from "Doran" you will be required to buy a ruby ring if you want another pair.
