Central Intermediate Hockey League was a Senior Hockey League that played one year, 1971, and the teams came from Ontario. The Teams are Almonte, Lanark, Perth and Smith Falls. Found a second League with the same name, Central Intermediate Hockey League, which was also a Senior Hockey League that was based in Montreal, QC and played one year, 1939/1940 and all teams played in Montreal, as well.
