Sylvia Ogden was the daughter of Stan and Hilda Ogden. Sylvia and her brother Tony were taken into council care after Stan beat them mercilessly in his drunken rages. Like Tony, Sylvia never appeared in Weatherfield. Sylvia along with her brother Tony where originally meant to appear in the series itself an a script was even written, however never was filmed and it assumed they remained in foster care. In 1976 Hilda had mentioned she only had two children (Irma and Trevor) seemingly meaning that Sylvia no longer exists.
