House is trying to leave the clinic early to go buy monster truck tickets, but Cuddy intercepts him and assigns him Carol. After calling her "Cathy", House does some quick observations and realizes that's she's trying to lose weight for an upcoming wedding by running and that she has overworked herself, causing pain in her calf. He quickly tells her to get new shoes and not to run so much. He continues with the "Great Clinic Sweep" by diagnosing three more patients in under two minutes.
