Frozen Bell, called The Consciousness at the beginning of the game, is the second dream of Elliot Edwards in NiGHTS into Dreams. Frozen Bell is set in a snow mountain with steep slopes. In the final course NiGHTS transforms into a bobsled to slide down the road. The boss of this dream is Clawz. Jingle bells (the musical instrument) are used in the music.
