S-bis (also known as Kaori) is a Japanese animator and illustrator. S-bis provided the art for the Retailer Incentive cover for Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: New Animated Adventures issue 15 and also was the character designer for all of the incarnations of the Ninja Turtles and April in Turtles Take Time (and Space).
