Jaime Ruiz is the not-exactly-blushing soon-to-be-bride in "Almost Famous", the one whose bachelorette party featured "Officer McNaughty" as its main event. When Derek Brookner, the actor/stripper who played him, turns up dead nearby, Beckett and Castle crash the after-party and wake the exhausted partygoers, who mistake the writer for 'dessert'. When last seen Jamie was slowly getting herself together for what, presumably, was meant to be her big day.
