The Woodrow Wilson International Center for Scholars (the Wilson Center) is a nonpartisan research institution established by an act of Congress in 1968 and supported by public and private funds for tackling global issues through independent research and open dialogue to inform actionable ideas for Congress, the Administration and the broader policy community. The Wilson Center is a partner in the Project on Emerging Nanotechnologies.
