Season 1 of Hot Hot Chilli began premiering on BaconNetwork on June 22, 2016 at 8:30 PM. The first season gives the viewers a look at the life in an underdone, terribly-run, and overall horrific Mexican restaurant called El Restaurante Picante. The main character is Fred, a worker with an unmentioned job. The main antagonist is Boss Burrato, who forces his workers to do terrible things, and is the runner of El Restaurante Picante. Senor Cashier and Senor Mop often follow Fred in the non-stop terror at the restaurant.
