Jed Runewatcher is a rare spawn orc in Upper Blackrock Spire. He wanders in the room of Goraluk Anvilcrack. It is possible to use the /target command from the entrance of Blackrock Spire to check whether he is spawned. He's a member of the Blackhand Legion.
