As an heir of the legendary Skywalker lineage, She had a naturally-strong connection to the Force but even when compared to her ancestors, her powers and understanding of the Force were considered legendary. She was the younger sister of Lucan Skywalker, wife of Ebon Sev, mother of Shmi Sev, and step-mother of Milo Sev.
