The Patrol Morpher is Commander Anubis Cruger's compact device that allows him to become the S.P.D. Shadow Ranger and it is created by Kat Manx. The Patrol Morpher looks exactly the same as the Delta Morphers and it has the same functions, but is colored black. While it is basically a Delta Morpher, it does not enable Commander Cruger to access S.W.A.T. Mode.
