The safe is lying in highly radioactive and sloppy area, so be sure you're not overloaded before getting down – otherwise it may be hard for you to quickly get out of the place. It can be especially dangerous if you somehow don't have artifacts reducing radiation (providing you should come across a couple of Fireballs, Droplets in Bandits' base and get Urchin from Agroprom Underground).
