Miles Hogan is a man who makes lifelike masks of people for a living with the masks being so realistic that it looks like the person itself. His work is so secretive that if Hogan believes that he told anyone what he did, then he would go to Leavenworth for the rest of his life. Hogan is also responsible for creating a lifelike mask of Petty Officer Eric Donner which he gave to Nelson Tunney after Donner had suffered a heart attack and died just mere hours or days before he was due to participate in an undercover operation.
