Kenneth Wescott was a male human, born in 2221, who would become the youngest individual ever to be elected the President of the United Federation of Planets. Wescott served at least two terms, from 2261 to 2269, and thus was in office during much of the Klingon Cold War of the 2260s, until he signed the Organian Peace Treaty in 2267 to end the conflict.
