Revolution En Serie is a political concept of Earth VI's Metropolis. It was not part of the original concept and I came up with it during Madeira. It allows the top men of Metropolis to remain on top in the Earth VI timeline of Random Kingdom III. Revolution en Serie consists of permanently maintaining a resistance organization, which actually lives in a perpetual war symbiosis with the government. If public anger grows beyond control, the underground organization "overthrows" the current government, just with the same members of Metropolis' faceless government to end up on top again.
