Xeric's Look out is an abandoned tower found in the south-east corner of Great Kourend's Shayzien House. Xeric's talisman can teleport players here. The look out was presumably occupied by Xeric, and appears to be very untidy, being littered with crates, papers, and broken glass, suggesting that the look out has not been used in a long time. On the top of the look out, there is a telescope looking east, and a red arrow on the floor pointing west.
