Wilma West was the bold and beautiful young mistress of the W-W Ranch, a few miles outside of Mesa City. She frequently battled criminals and bullies. She was aided by her faithful friends, Sonora Sam (an old cowhand who has known Wilma since she was a child), Pegleg Pete (the stable man) and a Native American family that lived on her land. In her final adventure, she adopted a male collie dog, but it was never given a name. Wilma carried a revolver and was a good shot. She was also a good rider and a skilled fighter.
