“Precognitives – Prediction Failure K4” or just K4, is an internal MCO report about the inability of Precogs to see beyond Spring 2008. Further investigation of this was assigned to Larry Hines and Carlos Jefferson. It lead to a shielded attempt by four Precogs to see beyond then. The failure of this, and the deaths of the Precogs led to Special Project A2007-014. Code Name Zulu. This is being run by Carlos Jefferson. This prediction failure may be a consequence of Nimbus' Whateley project, as seen in Sun And Fun.
