The theme is a remix of Crateria - The Space Pirates Appear, which plays when the Space Pirates appear in the ruined Tourian in Super Metroid, and two different variations are heard in Chozodia in Metroid: Zero Mission when Zero Suit Samus is forced to run through the Space Pirate Mothership and the Chozo temple to find a new Power Suit.
