The Rakhari were a humanoid species native to the planet Rakhar in the Gamma Quadrant. Rakhari practiced polygamous marriage; Croden had two wives and one daughter. Rakhari also had mythical tales about Changelings, although most considered them make-believe. Although Croden tells Odo in "Vortex" that Changelings used to live on Rakhar centuries ago until they were persecuted and driven off the planet, his story turned out to be a lie to get Odo's attention.
