Megumi Itoi(糸井 恵Itoi Megumi) is a Japanese animator credited for her work on the TV adaptation of JoJo's Bizarre Adventure by David Production. Her work includes a significant amount of animation director assistance and 2nd key animation for all three seasons. Itoi is a freelance animator whose work has primarily consisted of working on the JoJo anime. She enjoys cats.
