Libitina Valdís (Libitinaヴァル, Libitina Varu) is a member of the Stray Dog Pirates. It is unknown what her true intentions for joining Quade's crew are, but those closest to her (the few that remain) suspect that she simply enjoys killing. Her Devil Fruit, Desu Desu no Mi, grants her the ability to spawn multiple skeletal arms from her back, that she mostly uses for tearing her victims apart. This ability, along with her penchant for killing, contributed to her gaining the epithet "Hand of Death".
