Janice is Ginger's cousin from Taiwan. She is a contestant on "Total Phineas" and a student in Phineas's school. There was an episode planned where she meets Phineas and for some reason decides she hates him. It is unknown if she still does. She might have been based on PFMuffin, who insists that she resembles Ginger.
