Karen Kolchek was a goth girl, as described in the original Scream 3 script, who worked in a video store with Randy near the Windsor College. He lost her virginity to her and in Scream 3 he placed the blame on this fact, that he didn't survive the second killing spree, though he also admitted, that he liked her anyway. Since she wasn't physically seen or her death was mention, its highly implied that she's still alive.
