Saiwanhitotsu is a technique where the practitioner utilizes Seimei Kikan (Life Return) to both apply Busoshoku Haki to an individual cell in a manner that augments the durability of the cell and then to induce the cell into shivering. Immediately afterward, the magnitude of Busoshoku Haki that is being applied to the cell would be increased to the point where it'll become impossible for the kinetic energy being generated by the cell's shivering to escape from the confines of the cell. Thus the cell's shivering would then begin to result in the accumulation of kinetic energy within the cell.
