He acted as the mouthpiece of the king, kept track of noble lineages, and other similar duties. He came along, looking for the king, just after the first Companions appeared from the Grove. He was Chosen by Kyrith, and became the kingdom's second Herald. He was the reason the job received that title. He worked tirelessly throughout his lifetime to build Valdemar's Heralds into the group they eventually became.
