Carla "Carly" Karr is Clara Karr's older sister. She disapproves of Clara's wanting to be a race-car driver, saying that it's too boy-ish. She is a preppy 14-year-old cheerleader who likes fitting in. She befriends Candace Flynn, but she disapproves of her wardrobe. She is an allusion to the many cliche cheerleaders in cartoons.
