The Zabrak Legion was a volunteer unit of Zabraks in the Separatist Droid Army. It fought in the Clone Wars on several fronts, for the Confederacy of Independent Systems. The Legion had around 9,000 troops, splint into 3 battalions. It was led by Sirak Vir, a former mercenary who was given officer training by the CIS, and served as a general in the Separatist army. The Legion fought in multiple battles, but by 20 BBY was greatly weakened, and thus was pulled out of combat duty to preform supportive tasks, such as guarding outposts and providing training to other volunteer legions, like the Twi'lek Legion. Their objective was to liberate Iridonia from the Galactic Republic, which occupied the planet.
