Katsunosuke Urashima (浦島 勝之祐, Urashima Katsunosuke) is a Fullbringer, and a resident of Yasuraka Town. He is a correspondent of the resident Fullbring group, Mistri, though he does not consider himself a member, due to managing preferring the managing of his affairs on his own.
