Levi Tolar is an alter ego -assimilated in Mai Kobayashi mind . She says that when Judecca is destroyed, the "Adjucator" awakens and destroys all life present on the planet that destroyed Judecca. In OG1, she doesn't successfully start Judecca until the second-to-last stage. All other times she tries to gave her headaches. In OG2, she is nothing but a fragment that Kenzo left her with, because he wants her to free herself on her own. When Mai falls asleep, she tries to take her over(possibly trying to use her as a body for "Judecca's Shrine Maiden", as she refers to her.)
