The theme of the Corvo Tempesta legion is that of sky privateers, similar though not the same as pirates. As privateers the legion is supported by and (ooc of course) partly funded by the government. Similar to a militia yet also considered more expendable. Their prey is the enemies of Asmodae, with special focus on air-based pirates. That is the job; on the side, the Legion supports itself through trade and odd jobs. Booty is not going to loot and fence itself after all
