Dorf(VYM024) was born in the Young Ones Mob on Janaury 21, 1998. His mother was Morgause and his father was Keros, the dominant pair of the Young Ones. Dorf was born in a litter of three, his litter-mates were Hunca Munca(VYF023) and Moppet (VYM025). All three pups survived their first year and reached adulthood. Dorf helped out around the mob with the pups and sentry post, he also soon started to take an interest in roving. In April 1999, Dorf's sister Hunca Munca gave birth to a litter of three pups. Dorf and his brother Moppet stayed in the Young Ones till late 2001 when they left with some other Young Ones males to go roving.
