Tomogui(共食い, Tomogui, literally "Cannibalism") is an Empire located in the underground. The specific location of the Empire was never discovery since the only time someone entered there was an accident, and the only outsiders who know an entry are some marines from high office. The only Queen Hitokui knows a way out due to having a secret cave only for her use.
