Elsa Vilhelmiina Tilkanen (26 September 1896 – 5 December 2006) was Finland's oldest living resident. She is Finland's sixth oldest person whose age is not disputed. She became the oldest living person in Finland on 18 April 2006, after the death of Anna Hagman. Tilkanen died on 5 December 2006, at the age of 110 years, 70 days. After her death, Aarne Arvonen became the oldest person in Finland.
